Jogurt, maliny a muesli. Pouzivam bily nizkotucny greek jogurt, ale je dobry i vanilkovy, rozmackane maliny muzou byt i zmrazene ale cerstve jsou lepsi, nejsou tolik kysele a jakekoliv muesli co najdete ve spisce. Nakonec ozdobim jahodou. Vyborne na snidani nebo jen tak kdyz nas honi mlsna :)

Raspberry parfait
It takes just 3 ingredients and 5 minutes to make this healthy and delicious parfait. Yoghurt, raspberries and muesli. I use low-fat Greek yoghurt (vanilla yoghurt is nice too), fresh raspberries, frozen are ok, but just a bit more sour, and any kind of muesli you have in your pantry.
It's great for breakfast or as a dessert and it is good for you! :)

Ty mi teda delas chute, cerstve maliny budeme mit az pred vanocema a to je jeste daleko.Po ceste do mesta je jedna farma kde je jeste nedavno prodavali tak se podivam jestli jeste budou.Ja vim ze je muzu koupit v obchode ale to neni ono.
